Callum grew up in Formby, a small town near Liverpool. He started writing scripts while attending Everton Football College (he is a lifelong Evertonian) after realising he had more of a desire to tell stories than to play football matches.

Since then, Callum went to Edge Hill University and studied Film before dropping out in the first year to switch to Creative Writing. In Drama, at high school, he knew there was something about it that he had a passion for. It wasn't until years later that he realised it was the writing aspect. When performing, sometimes Callum changed his lines on the spot.

He is a record holder in Ormskirk Hospital for the longest honeymoon period for type 1 diabetes, which lasted nine months. Aside from that, he captained Everton College in the New York Cup and has won various trophies for his football.

As of right now, none of his works have been produced or published.
